Description

Suckling pig cooked in its own juices for hours at low temperature until it reaches the optimum point of doneness. Once confited, it is deboned and shaped into a block for an original and practical presentation, then vacuum packed and frozen. It can be reconstituted very quickly in the oven, with just the right amount of heat, and then plated up with a personal touch. In no time at all, produce a visually striking dish that would otherwise take hours to prepare.

Format

800-900 g per block. 4 units per box.

Recomendation

The product should be defrosted before preparation. Once defrosted, reconstitute by browning the skin before heating in the oven until the temperature in the centre is 65ºC.
